This goes against the 1962 Norms which state that an action must be brought within one month of the alleged solicitation. ... I have repented of any of my past transgressions, and have been living peaceably in northern Wisconsin for twenty-four years. I simply want to live out the time that I have left in the dignity of my priesthood. I ask your kind assistance in this matter.”

It is clear that Mr. Ratzinger knew about the happenings all along..but what makes me angry is that he continues to run his office like nothing has happened!
