Weekend paint splatter

Sunil, 'Untitled', Latex based house paint on canvas, 36" X 48"

Looks like I am falling into a habit of making meaningless paintings over weekends...

Meaningless? I like it and I'll bet it was fun to do

Doesn't look meaningless to me!

Sunil,

Please contact me if you would at my email address: june at june underwood dot com

And I'm pleased to see that someone else splatters paint just for the fun of it. I would like to know what meaning Tree sees in it, though.

Hi June, fancy running into you here ;-)

It's meaningful to me in the sense that it's a creation, however slapdash. Just the fact that it exists is meaningful, I think.

Christina,
Yes, it was lots of fun... A good way to coverup the results of an oil painting gone bad...
Thanks for visiting.

Kimberly,
Glad you found some meaning in its existence...
Thank you...

June,
I wrote back to the requested address...
Nice to see you here (rather than your regular haunts in A&P).

I agree with tree. I love the colours and the big splotches of colours. For me it exudes energy, a jazzy vibrancy and that makes it meaningful.
